Brother and Sister Vincent have been members at the Branham Tabernacle in Jeffersonville for decades. Over the years, Brother Vincent has dedicated his time and leadership to the young people as the Branham Tabernacle Sunday School Superintendant. Brother and Sister Vincent recently had an experience that they will never forget. This is Sister Vincent’s testimony.

On May 25th this year, my husband took me to the emergency room with a severe headache, fever, muscle aches, and high blood pressure. My husband also told them that I had been bitten by ticks. Because of the headaches, they did a CAT scan of my head, which revealed two growths. I was so stunned when we were told this that I couldn't respond to the doctor’s questions or what she was telling me. All I could do was imagine them having to drill in my head to remove a tumor.

While I was there, they gave me fluids and took blood, which showed my blood platelets were very low and definitely dehydrated. The doctor wanted me to get an MRI to get a deeper look, so I was sent to another hospital. There, they hooked me up to an IV, and I think I was given pain medication. Three of our seven children and their spouses and two grandchildren were in the room with my husband and I. Most are believers in this Message and were praying for me. It was 9PM when our oldest daughter called Brother Collins from her cell phone. She wanted him to pray for me, so she put him on speaker phone and everybody gathered around my bed and held hands as she laid the phone on my chest, and Brother Collins prayed for me.

About 2AM, I was taken in for the MRI and brought back about 3:30AM. About 9:30AM, the radiologist came in and said the MRI is clear, then repeated it. I was still too sick to realize I had been healed from the growths, but my husband cried like a baby. Praise the Lord! I am so thankful for everybody that prayed for me. My symptoms: severe headache, back pain, fever, dehydration, no appetite, and low blood platelets were caused by a disease from a tick bite called Ehrlichiosis. It took the tick bite to have the tumors discovered. God works in mysterious ways. He is the same yesterday, today and forever.

Sis. Sherry Vincent

Brother and Sister Vincent recently visited VGR to share their testimony. When the interview was finished, we told her that we really appreciated her sharing this testimony. She responded, “Well, I appreciate my healing!”

Well-said, Sister Sherry.
