Dear Young Foundations,
The Creations Class in Italy has been a success this past year and we wanted to share our activities with you.
It was a blessing to see how the Lord guided us in each lesson we had. The different projects on the website have been such an inspiration and just perfect to stir the interest of the kids for this Message. Thank you for this wonderful work and the way you help us.
Here it follows a short description of what we did and some pictures we trust you enjoy.
We followed as usual the instructions of the Creations website. After reading Ephesians 4:30 and listening to a part of the Message, we started to build the boxcar.
The girls made a room, and the boys and little kids a boxcar out of a milk package. All the boxcars held one of the old Italian Message tapes. And of course, it was a real surprise for the kids when an inspector came to seal each boxcar!

It promised to be a joyful and colorful lesson. And so it was! The kids are given each lesson a tape quiz which, when they bring it filled out next lesson, they receive a little reward. (Since the kids do not understand the English language, we translate the YF quizzes into Italian). This time it was a rhythm instrument, so we started off with some singing. It sounded great with all those instruments! After that, we started the lesson and the craft. We played a new game to learn the Books of Old and New Testament. The group was split up in two groups. Each group had two bags with the texts "New Testament" and "Old Testament", and received cards with all the Bible Books. Fun it was as they had to be the first to put all the cards in the right bag. They were fast but the cards were not always right, so we played the game few times.

It was in the middle of the summer and, even if it was so hot, the kids enjoyed so much to meet again for a new lesson. The little kids were the most interested in the building of the tower, and you could see it on their smiles.

The first lesson after a summer break, the group of kids increased this time. The kids' age goes from 3 to 14 years old which is of course a big age difference, so we decided to split the group into three age classes. Also, we added an English lesson to help them to listen to the tapes directly in English, which is one of our main goals. From youngest to oldest, each one is given ten words to learn for the next lesson. We choose words that are often used in the Message.
For the lesson itself, the most creative pots were made. And after they are baked and painted, they will look even more great!

MY SHEEP KNOW MY VOICE/TREE ART
The last warm autumn day; the little kids had their lesson outside. We followed the instructions of the lesson "My Sheep Know My Voice." The little kids really enjoyed it! The game (wolf/sheep/pastor) was such a success that the little kids were not for long alone in this game; the older kids joined soon too!
For the older kids we followed the instructions of the lesson "Tree Art."
