My wife is carrying our 8th child and she has had several small problems, that thanks to the Lord, each was healed or solved in some way.

On her last appointment, it was discovered that the baby was breech (facing the wrong way in the womb). The doctor immediately scheduled a procedure called an external version, where they manually try to flip the baby around from the outside. It is a painful and often unsuccessful procedure that carries several risks, this is why they perform this procedure in the hospital with an IV.

I really didn't want my wife to have to go through such pain and she was nervous about it as well. Sunday night when I got home from church, I sent a prayer request to VOG that the baby would flip before the doctor touched her and she would not need the procedure. I also prayed for the same touch from the Lord to help my wife. Yesterday during my quiet time, I prayed it again and when I finished, a peace just seemed to come to me that it would be done.

Today we went to the hospital for the appointment and my wife was a little apprehensive about it. I reassured my wife that all was well and to not worry. When we got there, they took my wife and me to the room to do the procedure. They started the IV and got a few other things done. The doctor along with his entourage came in and they rolled the sonogram machine over to my wife. The midwife then did the sonogram to check the baby. You guessed it, the baby has flipped! The doctor never even touched her! He just left when he wasn't needed.

Glory to God! He is the one true God and He is able to deliver all that we have need of. Hallelujah!
