The hand of the Lord is able to heal any disease, whether it's a common cold or the dreaded HIV. This brother came from death's door, both spiritually and physically, but the Master had other plans. Even more important than his healing, he and his family gave their lives to the Lord Jesus when they saw that He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. The following testimony of a double cure was sent in by our Brazil office manager, Brother Anderson Vieira. 

On the last trip we made to the south of the country (Brazil), in one of the places we passed, we left some prayer cloths at the request of some brothers. They were going to take it to a person who was not a Christian, but wanted healing. This is the testimony of the man, Joel Bezerra da Silva.

He was given up by physicians with HIV and his family had been notified to wait for the worst; they were waiting for his death. After we passed there and had left the prayer cloth, Brother Julian who is an evangelist in the city of Ararangua, Brazil went to the hospital where Joel was.

His condition was horrible. His lungs and his liver were contaminated, and he was constantly spitting blood with wounds scattered throughout his body. This brother prayed and laid the cloth on him on Saturday, May 21. On Monday, two days after wearing the cloth, the man was standing and walking through the hospital.

His family, who live in the Northeast, when they heard the news, took a flight and quickly came to see him. In view of this situation, all the family received the Message and it was a great testimony in the hospital among doctors and nurses. The neighbors are impressed with the miracle they saw happen, and because of this, they held a thanksgiving service to the Lord at the man's house with 30 people present. After all this, he decided to be baptized and accept the Lord. There was a double cure!
