The prison mailbag is overflowing! Here are a few excerpts of letters from prisoners:
I thank the Lord for people like you. Being in prison is not easy but I am free indeed; my Lord Jesus Christ has blessed me beyond my grandest dream. My father is a minister of the Gospel and I am his black sheep. Everything he would write me, he would preach to me. I started writing him about what I have been reading and he wrote back, no preaching, asking me what happen and where am I getting this teaching from. Said, "I have been in my Bible and son what you have been writing to me, it's Truth. When you get out, we have a lot to talk about, I want to hear all of it. I am going to send him a book as soon as I can.

Some of the nicest inmates here all talk about Brother Branham. I don't know who he is but I believe what he said. I have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ and was just baptized in His Name. Now I want to learn about our Lord Jesus and Brother Branham. So please send me the Truth.

I was in prison before and thought I had my life all straighten out - little did I know. Not long after being released I found myself back again. I felt I would end up spending my life in and out of prison. I just could not get it together. This time, the first thing that happen was a book appeared in my cell, by Branham. I read it and, well, it was something I never heard before. A day later someone asked me if I wanted to stay out of prison. I doubt if I can. He said this will keep you out, and gave me the Church Ages. I read it and told him that that's a lot to live up to, and he replied, "You can't. Only Christ can, and you have to live in Him." He gave me your address and said to write and you will send me the instructions. Please I only have a few years until I am released and I want to break this chain.

A fellow inmate left the other day and left behind a book titled, "The Seven Seals." I never read anything like this and I am totally confused. Who are you people and what do you believe? If some of the things I've read are true, and I have no reason to believe otherwise, then we are all so wrong and I don't know, do we start over? I must say everything made sense, but have I been led so far astray from the Truth? I need to talk to someone but at this point I don't trust anyone, so if there are more books, please send them to me, if you can.

I am a first class sinner, perhaps the worst, but I believe in the salvation of our Lord Jesus Christ. I have read the books by Brother Branham, and at the moment I am reading the 7 seals book. My heart is crying out for help. I want to be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of my sins and receive the Holy Spirit, so that I can overcome the evil that is in me.
I am 22 years old and I have been in prison since I was 15 years old. I feel that God has a purpose in my life. I feel empty and in need of God. Please pray for me.

I have never read so much as I am reading at this time. I have become fascinated by the Bible and these books of Brother Branham. I also want you to know that these books have brought me many blessings. I read the books every day and then pray that God will guide my steps. From the bottom of my heart I thank you. I can think of no way that I can ever repay you for all you have done for me.

Please, my son he is in prison and he told me that he would like to read more about the prophet. Please if you can make time and please send him some material like books and CDs, I would be very happy and thankful to know that he is reading the Spoken Word. I pray our Lord has kept His hand upon you. It has been a very long time and I do remember. Please reconnect me with the Teachings of God's Prophet, when he speaks God's Words, you can hear the Spirit of God in his voice.

Dear Brother Branham, the brothers here have given me some of your books to read and I have been edified. Never have I read such true to the Word teaching. I am asking if you could please send me more teachings. One of the brothers has the Ages book. I asked him why it is torn. He said there was such a demand that when he got part way, he tore that part out and passed it down the line, so we have three brothers reading the same book at one time. From time to time, we receive 'care' packages, but nothing lights up this place like when we receive a package from you. It's like you can feel when it arrives, what a blessing.
