I don't believe that anything happens to a Christian by chance. I think it's ordained of God, ’cause Jesus said He would make all things work together for good to them that loved Him.

God wants you to separate yourself from everything that's called sin. Completely set aside for Him, and for He only. He has a purpose in your life, each individual, that no one else on the face of the earth can take your place. God has got something for you. You're made like that. You was did that way for a purpose. God is sovereign in His work.

I'm so glad that a man can so completely serve God till he, the devil, don't know what to do with him. That's right. Just obeyed God so completely till the devil said, “Oh, my, get away! I—I don't want to hear it no more.” That's right. You can do it, so completely.

We're just to wait on the coming of the Lord. Just wait; keep your lamps trimmed, all filled full of oil. Pray up every hour, not every day, every hour. Just keep ready; be ready, be sweet, and watching…

Always, don't judge your life by how much power you have to perform miracles. And we don't judge ourself by how much knowledge you have of the Word. But always judge yourself, look back and taking inventory of what kind of a fruit that the life you presently live now is bearing. See?

When I'm tore up, I find my satisfaction in Christ, not in a cigarette, not in the things of the world, not in joining some creed; but in finding Him, the promised Word that He said, “If I go away, I'll come again to receive you.” I find my joy in that. He is my Joy.

But one day the Lord, in a vision, straightened me out. And He said, that, “The evidence of the Spirit was those who could receive the Word,” neither love, nor speaking in tongues, but it's receiving the Word.

Now, don't fuss. See? Temper breeds temper. First thing you know, you grieve the Holy Spirit away from you, you'll be fussing back. Then the Holy Spirit takes Its flight. Temper breeds temper. And love breeds love. Be full of love. Jesus said, “This will all men know you're My disciples, when you have love, one for another.” That's the fruit of the Holy Spirit, love.

Now, “He shall bring forth His fruit in his season.” Watch each “his,” the personal pronoun there. It's His fruit, God's fruit, in the season that the—the prophet is bringing It. It'll be in the prophet's season. God's fruit, in God's time, by the prophet's season. See? “He shall bring forth His fruit in his season.” See if there isn't two “his” there. “Bring forth His, God's fruit, see, in the season that the messenger is ordained to come.” He'll bring forth those. Now remember that. The messenger that brings the fruit of God, will bring it in God's season, in the season of the bringer. See? “He will bring forth His fruit in his season.” And It cannot wither. Why? He's got predestinated fruit in there. It can't destroy It, because It's predestinated.

God, create in me a revival. Let me be the revival. Let each one of us be the revival, the revival in me. Make me, Lord, to hunger, make me to thirst. Create in me, Lord, that what is needed in me. Let me, from this hour on, be Thine; more consecrated servant, a better servant, more blessed of You; more able, more humbler, more kinder, more willing to work; more looking to the things that are positive, and forgetting the things that are in the past, and the negatives. Let me press towards the mark of the high calling of Christ. Amen. That's our desire, isn't it?

I feel you're my children. You're—you're the stars that I…If I ever have one when I get there, you'll be that jewel, outshining part, in the—in the crown of my ministry. When it's crowned, you'll be that jewel.
