Mondulkiri Province, meaning "Meeting of the Hills," sits in the southeast of Cambodia, bordering three of Vietnam’s provinces. Known as the original wild east of the country, the land differs from much of the rest of the country with not a rice paddy or palm tree in sight. It is the most sparsely populated province in the country, with just 10 people per square mile, yet it is the largest of Cambodia’s 25 provinces in land mass.

Brother Israel Ngome, VGR distributor, continues to spread the Light in the Southeast Asian nation. His recent report takes us to the Mondulkiri, where he has found success in working with local churches and outreaches in presenting the Message of the hour.

There are still few believers in Cambodia, but as the Lord continues to open the doors, God’s predestinated are receiving their Spiritual Food in due season.

Bro Kim Chheak and Brother Roth traveled to Mondulkriri Province on the 30th June, 2018. The province is about 521KM from Phnom Penh. The last time I visited this province was in 2014.

I had introduced the church and pastor through contacts to our VGR team. The team was happy to visit Mondulkirir and was well received by Brother Yin Pov of Glory Church. We will always try to visit all the churches that have opened their doors, no matter how far away they may be.

The Glory Church at Mondulkiri Province listened to the sermon, “Be Certain of God” for the Sunday service. Bro Kim Chheak and Bro Roth also distributed website articles to the church members and left a few copies of the Footstep of the Prophet, CTV Magazine, and SD cards to Pastor Yin Pov.

The VGR team was also invited by one denominational church by the name, Joshua Center, where they also distributed the articles. The team also had Bible studies to explain a few things to new believers and a children’s ministry for Young Foundations.

The church has land and has asked for prayers to construct a new building. The VGR team in Cambodia is grateful for all the support that is making all these travels possible and has been a blessing to the churches.
