For many years now, we have had carpenter bees that bore holes in the framework of our home. They are very territorial and even pest control did not have the answer. My grandchildren were afraid of them, as they would buzz them when they were on the patio. I had sprayed pesticides, but to no avail. Just like clockwork, they showed up every spring.
This year I was sitting in the rocker on the patio watching these destructive creatures, when I began to have a conference with the Lord about my perplexing problem. I asked the Lord, would it be possible if He could redirect them to another location like some old abandoned building?
To my astonishment I noticed not seeing them for several days. I then told my wife (O, me of little faith). She said she thought it was funny, she had noticed they were not around.
We now have a strong tie post every time that we walk out on the patio that our God answers prayer: NO MORE BEES TO BE SEEN! Praise the Lord; we are so thankful. He is concerned about all things that affect us.
Who else could redirect nature, but The Master!
