The Apple iOS update for The Table is now available for download from the Apple App store. This is a major change for the Table on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod mobile device. Here are a few of the highlights that are new for the latest version of the VGR Table App:
- New look and feel.
- Stream audio sermons directly within the app.
- New highlighting features for adding your personal notes to a text.
- Automatic transfer of personal notes from the previous version to the new the version.
- Download audio sermons straight from the app.
Here are some other features the Table app includes:
- Fast search of all 1,205 sermons.
- Search all words in a quote or exact phrases.
- Search within a sermon.
- Automatically saves your searches for future reference.
- The most up-to-date sermon text.
- Text can be read like an eBook, which means you have all the sermons in readable format.
- Remembers last reading location.
- Search sermons by date, length, location, title, and series.
- Play sermons directly from app.
- Play history of recently played sermons.
One thing of note is that we were not able to include the Church Age book in this update. We apologize for this and assure you that we are working to get the text into the correct format so it will work in the new application. We appreciate your patience.
If you already have the Table loaded onto your Apple device and you have not loaded the new version, simply go to the App Store app and tap on the "Updates" icon at the bottom of the screen. Choose "The Table Mobile," and the update will start.
