When we arrived in Kimberly, we were met
by our good friend, Brother Owen Palm. That Wednesday night we went to his
church to give the Light House package and to attend the service. I was
called to the platform first to address the people. Afterwards, Brother
Ronnie Pillay came up and gave some testimonies which the people appreciated
very much. Brother Ronnie Kapisha ended the service with an outstanding
message on the importance of listening to the Voice.
We departed from Kimberley the next day for Bloemfontein. Friday night we
enjoyed a nice meeting with some of the local pastors. I told them that we are
here to help them get the books and the tapes to the people.
On Saturday morning we went to Bothshabelo which is 50 kilometers from
Bloemfontein to set up the displays at the arena. When we got there, Sister
Gaylene (my daughter) was waiting with some of the young people from Cape Town.
The believers started coming at 10:00 AM. It is always a joy to the VGR brothers
that accompanied me to take the believers through the displays and explain the
processes of getting the Message to the people while answering their questions.
Sister Gaylene had a table set up with the books for the people to buy. Just to
see the table always crowded with the believers buying every available book is
such a blessing.
At the evening service the attendance was between 250 and 350 people. I
addressed them first and found it very easy to speak to them, as they were just
pulling and responding when I expounded on the work and the Prophet. I called
Brother Ronnie Pillay up next, who gave testimony after testimony of what the
Lord is doing with the books and the tapes. Brother Ronnie Kapisha ended the
evening showing the people how Jesus referred to the books of Moses, and today
He would refer to the books of Brother Branham. Once again stressing the
importance of listening to the tapes and reading the books.
On Sunday morning there were about 450 people who attended. I went up to
welcome the people and called Brother Ronnie Kapisha up to introduce the tape.
We played the tape. “The Voice of God at the End time.” There was no lead to the
amplifier, so I took the microphone and placed it next to the laptop. The people
just erupted as Brother Branham was speaking. Waves of “Amens!” flowed freely as
the prophet’s Voice echoed through the arena. I went outside to check the effect
of the sound, and Brother Branham’s Voice just rode upon the sound waves so
crystal clear across the stadium.
I asked Brother Johannes to dismiss the people in prayer, and it was hard for
him to contain himself as he was emotionally moved by the weekend’s events. He
thanked Brother Joseph and the rest of the Voice of God and the CTV for coming
to Botshabelo. Brother Johannes and another pastor called me on our way to Cape
Town to let me know that the people are still phoning them and saying how they
were blessed this weekend.
I am sorry for the delay in the report but I had to give the adrenaline a
chance to settle.
God Bless you.
