How The Candle Got Lit

Go when the candle is lit. Don't wait till it's half burnt up. Go when you light it. If you don't know nothing no more than how it got lit, tell others how it got lit, maybe they'll get lit too. See? [Blank.spot.on.tape--Ed.] So just as soon as the candle is lit, go tell everybody how you got your candle lit, and maybe they'll get lit off of you.

This sister’s candle got lit from her brother’s Flame, and the Fire just keeps spreading. She hopes that someone will light up from reading her testimony.

My brother, whom I believe is Abraham’s seed, would come to my house and speak about God and His Son Jesus. At that time, I knew nothing about a prophet or William Branham. I loved when my brother would speak about God, and when he would leave, I would feel so good and relaxed.

One day my brother gave me three Spoken Word books to read. After a very long time, one night I read one book. While I was reading it, I said to myself, “Wow, this is the truth what this man is speaking. Only a man that knows God personally can speak like that.”

The next morning my whole body was feeling empty and light. I told one of my friends and I was so excited. I was thinking about the other two books at home.

I rushed home, we ate, washed the dishes; I was in a hurry. I had two babies at that time, and I couldn't wait for the children to fall asleep. The books were under my mattress, and I started reading. When I got to the second or third page, all of a sudden something happen with my eyes. The book fell out of my hands and I jumped up. I ran out of the room telling my husband, my mother, and my elder children that God is alive! Amen, hallelujah, praise His Name, Amen.
