God In Simplicity

2 O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.

Psalm 30:2

Now sometimes faith is unknown to you; you got it, and you don't know it. If you try to push yourself into something, you miss it, you go over the top of it. It's so humble and simple, see. “And He is the High Priest that can be touched by our infirmities.” Then, if you touched Him, He would act like He did before. Is that right?

Doctors, balms, medicine; they are all ok and we thank God for them, but sometimes Father wants you to look to His promise and turn loose your faith. We should never forget that God is still a healer.

A few days ago, I had a really sore left wrist. Every time I moved it there was severe pain, but I couldn't think of how I'd hurt it.

I asked my mum for a wrist supporter. I wore that for the rest of the day and all the next as well, but it didn't get any better.

When my dad came home on the second day, he told me to put on some joint cream that helps joint and muscle soreness. Usually that works or stops the pain a bit anyway, but it didn't at all.

That night I was lying in bed, and I was just moving my left wrist around and around and it was hurting the WHOLE time, every which way I moved it.

Then I lifted up my hand and prayed that God would heal it. Well, I put my hand down and started to turn my wrist around and around again, and IT WAS NOT SORE ANYMORE!
