One morning, I heard a horrible noise outside. It was my distant neighbor on his John Deer tractor, trying to drag a tree trunk out of the ditch.
I looked out the front door and that tractor was straining so hard, it was spinning its wheels and popping its lid. It was making a terrible racket. After a while, he got down, unchained the tree trunk, and drove his tractor back to the house.
In a little bit, he came back with an old Dodge truck. He parked it half on the asphalt and half on the shoulder of the road, just like he did with the tractor. He got out of the truck and reconnected the chain to the trunk.
While he was doing it, I prayed and asked the Lord to let the Angels help him by lifting the weight of the trunk.
He got back in the truck and started to pull. The trunk came up without as much as leaving a scrape on the asphalt road. He pulled it off the road and into the pasture. While he was pulling it, it looked to me like it glided on the pasture until he stopped. The pasture didn’t even have a scrape. It was a marvelous thing to see!
