Daddy

We received this testimony from a young sister in Trinidad.

Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

I would like to share this testimony of what the Lord has been doing in my life for the past nine years. I trust it be a blessing and maybe encourage someone in a similar situation.

In 2002 the Message was presented to my mother. My mother at that time was married for ten years, but for nine years and three months of that time, dad was drinking, smoking and living it out in the world. For six years (2003-2009) our pastor Bro. Felix Dickson (pastor of Sunset Tabernacle Point Fortin Trinidad West Indies), his family, and different saints in our fellowship were making sacrifices to carry my mom and I to and from church, which is about one hour drive away. In early December of 2008, our pastor gave the church the number to call Voice of God and leave a prayer request. On December 10th 2008, my mother called and requested salvation for my father. On the 10th of February 2009, God began to work in his life.

He started getting real strong heart pains and normal things like walking, talking and even lying down on his bed were too painful to do. The only place that was comfortable was on his knees, and down on his knees the only thing he could do was PRAY. He would often ask my mom and I to pray with him. Besides prayer, my mom would usually have the Message playing in the home, and he would even ask for us to play the Young Foundations music.

At around 10:00pm on the 18th of February 2009, the Lord called him home. Before he died, he always said that he will be at the gate to meet my mom and I on that day. It has been two years since. My mom and I are so happy serving the Lord and to know that Daddy went home on the prayers of a prophet. God has blessed us so much. We have learned to do things that we never thought of doing.

I want to thank you Brother Joseph and the Voice of God Recordings for all that you are doing for the young people. It is a tremendous blessing. My prayer is that God will bless you and all the employees at VOGR for all the efforts and time you all take to make the Bride of Christ happy.

GOD BLESS YOU!!!
