He's The Same Yesterday, Today, And Forever

Brother Branham taught faith is our sixth sense. It's not something that is manufactured or worked up; it’s a gift from God. And when it’s there, it will produce results. This sister did not care what the doctors said, she was steadfast in her faith that, “I will walk again.”

In 2007, I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis (this is when the spine closes on the spinal chord). I suffered from severe spasms all day long. I would fall when a spasm hit my back every second or third step. Finally, after six months, they did an MRI and in three months I ended up in a wheelchair, with NO feeling in my legs.

After three months at home, they got me into Edmonton hospital, which is 15 hours from my home. The doctor there said if he operated, I would have a 30% chance to walk again. I said, “There is a greater power, my Bible says if I ask the Lord anything in His Name and believe, He will give it to me-- I will walk again.” The doctor told my husband not to get his hopes up because he had never seen this happen before. I said, “But I will walk again.”

After 2 weeks in the hospital; tests, morphine every 3 to 4 hours, the doctor said he wanted to operate on Friday, so Thursday they did another MRI to make sure everything was the same; it was.

That night the lady I had been witnessing to said she wanted to give her heart back to the Lord. I gave her some Message books. The lady had a brain tumor operation and was not to get out of bed alone. That night a scream awoke me. The lady got up to use the washroom alone and fell backwards head against the wall. I jumped out of bed and ran to her. She asked me to pray, which I did as I yelled for the nurse. They came and got her to go for x-rays. I went back to bed that night and the next morning, when they brought her back in, we laid in our beds eating our breakfast. She told me they could not find anything wrong in her head. She thanked me for praying for her; I said, “The Lord is the same yesterday, today and forever, whatever we ask in His Name, He will give it to us.”

She looked at me and said, “Do you remember last night? You walked to me, to help me.” I lay there thinking, then out of that bed I came running, jumping, dancing saying, “I can walk, I can walk, I can walk, thank you Lord.” The doctor could not believe it, so they took another M.R.I. and the spine is not even touching the spinal chord. Shaking his head, he said, “He could not operate on something that wasn’t anything.”

I am still walking and running with my 12 grandchildren today, thanking the Lord every day. What would we do without Him? He is my all.

That makes you believe things that you can't see, taste, feel, smell, or hear. That sixth sense, something that rise you up (and only one class of people has that sixth sense; that's believers)... Hebrews 11:1 said, "By faith... And without faith, it's impossible to please God." So, God gives man faith! And faith is the sixth sense that makes you deny anything that's contrary to His Word.
