The Table Application Update

The newest version of The Table mobile application is now available in both Android and iOS!

About 20 years ago, the Message search software revolutionized the way we study and hear Brother Branham’s Message. It wasn’t too long ago that we had to comb through book after book, and highlight after highlight, to find those certain quotes that answered the questions upon our hearts. Even then, we could only scratch the surface of the deep revelations that the voice of the seventh angel had for us. The Table gave us the opportunity to accomplish in just a few minutes what was almost impossible before.

In 2013, we released the first Table mobile application. Not only did this have many of the powerful search functions as the desktop version, but we were able to give it away to everyone with a mobile device, free of charge. As technology improved over the years, so have both the features and the number of believers using the application. Today, there are 44,000 users of our mobile apps, and the ease of use of this newest version should quickly add to those numbers.

Here are a few highlights from the latest version of The Table.

Tap and Play

This links the text to the audio. Just like the PC version of The Table, you can now search for a quote, highlight it, and then press a button to start playing at that location!

Read Along

We’ve made improvements to the Continue Text feature and renamed it, Read Along. It scrolls the page along with the audio so you can read as Brother Branham speaks.

Highlights and Notes

You can now assign your highlights to more than one category. For example, a quote that you would like to remember about the influence of music on young people could be tagged in many categories like Children, Influence, and Music. You no longer have to choose the “best” category to store the highlight in. Later when you are researching any of those subjects, that quote is not missing.

Notes can be easily attached to a quote, so you can make a comment and see it in context.

Subtitle

Subtitle is a Read Along mode that has been formatted to appear as large as possible on the screen with as few distractions as possible. One of its designed uses would be in a church for the projection of the text as you are listening to the sermon. Many Android Tablets support adapters that allow an external monitor or projector to mirror the display. This allows many people to view the screen at the same time. The Subtitle viewer also works well if you need larger text to read. This feature will really shine as we start adding foreign languages to the app in the future.

This new release sets the stage for many enhancements in the future. This new app is also the foundation application for the Agapao Tablet.
