I wanted to share this testimony with you that really touched me. Yesterday, I was asked to give a tour to a man: Brother Noah, who came to the US from Namibia, and is originally from Kindu, Congo. He testified about growing up in East Congo, where his dad was a pastor there, and for 20 years, they only had one cassette tape. It was one of the old brown ones, titled “Be Certain of God.”
He said that they kept it in a special place on a shelf, like a museum piece. They played that cassette every day for 20 years. He said countless people came and heard that sermon, and received the Message from it.
Today, while giving the tour, he said that there are three churches and two to three thousand believers there. These are the results of that one cassette tape. He also mentioned that brothers would come from hundreds of kilometers away and transcribe for hours the only Message books they had there.
About this time, the brother was weeping, thanking God and you, and the saints here at VGR, for providing the SD cards and now the new tablet, so they could have this precious Message. It was truly a touching moment.
To everyone reading this article, thank you so much for providing the stored up Food for the world!
