Did You Know?

The prophet warned us about the ecumenical movement decades ago. His warnings came at a time when there were deep divisions between denominations. Most churches saw the Catholic Church not as an ally, but as an enemy. The ruthless torture and murder of millions of Protestants was a little more fresh in their minds than it is today. But recently, it seems that the churches are overlooking history (and the Word of God) by accepting the Catholic Church in droves. Many popes have claimed ecumenism as a priority, but this pope is serious about his goals and the world loves him for it.

This pope has proven to be the most popular person in the world according to recent polls. He surpassed all heads of state to have the most favorable opinion of any world leader (Gallup International poll). What groups of people have the highest opinion of the pope? Catholics are obviously number one, but the surprising second place finisher is the Jews. In fact, even the majority of athiests see him in a favorable light. His most unfavorable group of people were predictably the Muslims. 28% of them found the pope "unfavorable," 17% found him "favorable," and 55% didn't know enough about him to make a decision.

Some of his latest efforts have been to tear down the schism between the Orthodox and Roman Catholic churches. The Catholic church split about a thousand years ago into two different factions, the Orthodox and the Roman. “The Great Schism of 1054” started a chain of events that eventually resulted in thousands of different “Christian” denominations. Although relations have often been cordial between the two main sects, the rift has stood for all these centuries. It goes so deep that the Russian Orthodox Patriarch and the Roman Catholic pope have never officially met… until now.

In a monumental turn of events led by pope Francis, the leaders of the two factions met in the communist country of Cuba to sign an agreement and bridge the gap between the two leaders of the denominational world. Although technically not the reining authority in the Orthodox Catholic Church, the Russian Orthodox patriarch is the leader of over half of the total Orthodox members, or about 150 million people. The second largest is the Romanian Orthodox church, with 23 million. Following it's mother's lead, now the entire Orthodox Church has promised to have its own Ecumenical Council in 2016. This is the first Orthodox Ecumenical Council in 1,200 years. The most recent Roman Catholic Ecumenical Council was from 1962-1965.

What's the matter with this church age that we're living in today? Can't you see it? God declaring it in the skies, declaring it in His Word, declaring it on the paper, declaring It amongst the people? Can't you open your eyes and see the hour? These are they that testify the Truth. This is the Light of the hour.

Watch the great ecumenical move, is going into this council up there now, just forming an image of the beast, in Revelation 17, exactly what it said it would do. You Pentecostal people going to sit still for that and go into it? The forcing hour has come.

Now is the time to rise and trim your lamp, and shine with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Power.

Did You Know

Eastern Orthodox Churches split with Rome during the Great Schism of 1054. The main rift was papal authority. This led to the formation of thousands of Christian denominations.

Today, the Roman Catholic Church has about 1.2 billion members and the Orthodox has about 300 million members (150 million of those are Russian Orthodox).

The Orthodox Church has recently announced that it will be having its first "Ecumenical Council" in 1,200 years.

The United States Supreme Court is made up of five Roman Catholics and three Jews. For the first time in history, there are no Protestants on the Supreme Court. The recent nominee is Jewish, so the lack of Protestant representation may not change any time soon.

In his meeting with the Russian Patriarch, the pope made the profound statement, “We have the same baptism, doesn’t that make us brothers?” (What if you don’t have their baptism?)

A joint-agreement was signed during their two-hour meeting. Details of the signed agreement between the Catholic and Orthodox leaders from the February 13 meeting are vague to say the least. It has been stated that the joint-agreement entails an agreement to work together in “protecting Christians worldwide.”

Many have been asking why the meeting was in the communist country of Cuba. There have been no logical explanations to this.

In 2014, Russian president, Vladimir Putin, visited Cuba, just 90 miles from Florida. During the visit he announced 32 billion dollars of Cuba debt to Russia was forgiven.

In closing remarks about his recent visit to Cuba, the pope made the comment that Cuba is now “the capital of unity.” Cuba is one of the most religiously oppressive countries in the world, where you can be arrested and imprisoned for believing the Message of the hour.

America charted a new course in its relationship with Cuba under President Obama. He established diplomatic relations and re-opened the US Embassy in Havana, which had been closed since U.S. President Eisenhower cut all ties in 1961.

President Obama visited Cuba last week. This is the first sitting president of the United States to visit Cuba since 1959.

Russia Prime Minister, Dmitry Medvedev, said relations between his country and the West, including the United States, have deteriorated to the point where the world is seeing a new Cold War, much like that of the early 1960s.

Russia has been building up its military forces, along with a new military base in the Arctic, where 30% of the world’s undiscovered natural gases and 15% of its oil is thought to be.

Russia has recently devoted tremendous military resources to both Iran and Syria, long-time enemies of the US and Israel. This includes an advanced missile defense system, which has been delivered to Iran in just the last few weeks.

I'm going to say something here. It's not a doctrine. I'm just prophesying. You know what's happened? It's going to come to a place, soon, mark my word, that all denominations are going to have to join the Ecumenical Council. If they don't, they can't have the support of the Council. Therefore, there'll be a boycott, and nobody can go to these churches, or go to any churches; unless you have a mark from your own church, you cannot buy or sell. You see it just as it was, so is it going to be again, a mark unto the beast. And the church, they're realizing that, spiritual people.

And you Pentecostal people, anyhow, are recognizing it. You've begin to feel it. When your churches, many of the organizations of the Pentecostal; and I don't have to call your names, but you know right now they are, they are coming into it. They've done witnessed that they were. And when you do that, what are you going to have to do? You're going to have to forfeit your Evangelical teaching of the baptism of the Holy Ghost. You're going to have to forfeit your doctrine of the Bible.

And the members is not going to stand for it. Real born-again Christians will die, first. They are warned by the Word. They know this thing is coming. Yes, sir.
