Perseverance

It is written, in one of the Scriptures in the Bible, that, "Trials are brought upon us, are more precious to us than gold itself, for it is God giving us these trials." After we become His property, our confession and our baptism, and our promise to walk in life for Him, then every trial that comes upon us is to perfect us for His glory. It's to bring us to a place where God can make Himself more real to us than He was before the trial come.

I want to join in this morning with Job, to say that I've lived long enough to know that's the Truth. I have seen it in my own life, that every time a great situation rises, that I can't get around it, or under it or over it, God makes a way, and comes out glorious. I just wonder how His grace ever does it, but He does it.

60-0417S I Know

Brother Daniel from Ecuador has lived a difficult life over the past few years, but he has no complaints and continues to press on in his walk with the Lord. He has relied on the Lord to bring him through his trials, and although it hasn’t come easy, “God makes a way and comes out glorious.”

May God bless you, my brothers by faith. I am Daniel Guerrero, and it’s a joy to share my testimony of how the Lord brought me back to His Word.

My parents believed the Message when I was a baby, and I grew up knowing of the Message. Time went by, my parents had problems, they went away from the Lord, and we moved to Canoa, a known beach at Ecuador.

I was a teenager and the enemy showed me many things of the world, but I knew in my heart that I had the Truth and no one could take that out of me. The enemy pinned us down. We had money and good jobs and we thought we were fine, but we were wrong before the Lord. Our pastor used to visit us, and he constantly told us to leave that city we were living in. God was giving us a warning, but we didn’t listen to His Voice.

Two years ago, a 7.8 earthquake shook Ecuador’s coast. My mother and my two sisters died that day. I asked the Lord to be manifested in that moment, but nothing happened.

God knows why this happened and He had a plan for us to find strength in His arms again. It was beautiful to hear my pastor saying that my mother and sisters are saved.

Time has passed and trials have come. My father went back to the beach and to work, but I am still walking with God and nothing will separate me from His love. I made mistakes; I am not perfect, but I am asking you to remember me in your prayers, that the Lord will mold me and let me be a jewel in His crown.

I pray the Lord to help me and to give me a supernatural experience with Him.

This is my testimony.

God bless you.

Brother Daniel, our prayers are with you, and we believe that you are ALREADY a "jewel in His crown."

Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
