The Little Things

2 My help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.

Psalm 121:2

1 Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:

Isaiah 59:1

7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

9 Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?

10 Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?

11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

Matthew 7:7-11

The little things in our lives mean just as much to God as those all-important matters. We received this testimony from a brother who asked the Lord for something that may seem small, but it produced a testimony for tens of thousands of people to enjoy.

A week back my computer stopped working. I tried numerous times to get it started and it would not boot up at all. I then opened the cover and saw the cooling fan and fins on the processor were completely blocked from dust; this explained why the computer had stopped working. The processor had overheated!

I blew it as clean as I could with a blower and tried again to boot up but with no success. I queried about a replacement processor, and was informed that model is no longer available and a new motherboard cost is way out of my reach financially. Another week passed, and numerous attempts but no good results.

I then recalled the testimony on branham.org some time back of a sister whose washing machine would not work. Like me, she had no funds to get it repaired but after a prayer it worked. I then prayed to our Lord and put Him in remembrance of the sister, as well as the sister whose freezer stayed cold although not connected when they returned home. I also recalled the brother whose car brake cylinders leaked and after prayer it was as good as new. Needless to say, God answers prayer.

Now my computer is running as if nothing had ever happened to it.

Praise the Lord for His Grace and love toward us.
