Prisoner In Washington

Over the next few days, we will be posting letters from prisoners who are requesting more Message material. These letters represent thousands of men and women from all over the world who are finding comfort in the Message of the hour. We can all imagine how lonely a prison cell would be. But sometimes that cell may be the Lord’s way of giving His child a refuge dedicated to studying God’s Eternal Word. These prisoners have been given hope in their darkest hour because of your burden to see this Message go to all the world.

This is a letter from an inmate in Washington State who saw a fellow inmate reading a Message book.

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

I am a prisoner in a Washington State prison. I gave my heart to the Lord on June 4, 2006 in county jail. Since then I have been studying and praying and attending services.

I had grown weary of the different teachings that abound in here. But then I saw someone reading Brother Branham’s message, “Letting Off The Pressure.” I asked to read it also, and since then I’ve read three more messages. Finally the truth! And not in some modern feel-good format. I’d like to get more messages please. This person (another inmate) told me you have tapes available too. I don’t have any money on the books, but I would sure be grateful for anything you’d be willing to send me. When the meat is quality, any cut will do. Amen?

Thank you for your time. I’m sorry I don’t have anything with which to pay except my prayers and thankfulness.

In Christ,
Michael
