The persecution of believers in Iran has continued. The wife of Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani was recently sentenced to life in prison. The believers in Iran are desperately working to appeal her conviction, but there is fierce intimidation by the government on small-town lawyers, and it is difficult to find an attorney in the large cities because of the expense.

There are also other believers in that country who are suffering great persecution for the simple fact that they are Christians, including Brother Youcef, who is facing the death penalty if convicted.

The trials they are facing are a great burden on them and their families. Brother Branham said, “Prayer changes things.” There is no king, no government, and no army that can stand before the prayers of the saints. Please lift the Iranian Bride of Christ up in prayer.
