This was a very endeared testimony ("Prayer Cloth" posted on Tuesday, May 10) due to the fact that I am always giving my prayer cloth to someone else or cutting it so small to share.
When I was three years old living in Seattle, my parents heard of Brother Branham and the healing ministry the Lord had given him. I had kidney failure at a young age. I was going to need dialysis and eventually a kidney transplant. The doctors said it was from a disease carried by a sand flea, which bit me from the Pacific beaches where we played.
For over a year I wore a prayer cloth sent to us from Jeffersonville. My condition stabilized, but my father was convinced to pack and move to Jeffersonville in June 1965. There was my deliverance date from that demon, set from before the foundation of the earth. The evening of July 25th, 1965, the sermon preached by Brother Branham was, "What is the Attraction on the Mountain." My father took me up to be prayed for. Brother Branham told my parents that the demon would die, and it would look worse, but not to lose faith, for I was healed. Praise God! That night at home I had my last kidney attack which was the worst I ever had, but after that, I was never again as sick. And soon, my parents were given a clean bill of health for me by doctors. All praise to the Lord Jesus! So you see, these prayer cloths mean so much to me; they were my bridge to reach healing for my body. God can use any circumstance to bring glory to Himself.
There is always an opportunity to give one to someone in dire need of healing. Thank you.
