Oh, get in with Christ. Shut off from the things of the world, for, to commune with Him is a pleasure. It's beautiful. It's something that fills and satisfies the soul, something that gives you peace that passes all understanding. All the crosses become flying wings. All the burdens are chariot wheels. 55-1110 A Hidden Life In Christ

The enemy has never been stronger than he is today. Our lives are filled with pressures and distractions that tear at our souls, trying to turn our minds from the peace that is so readily available to all of us. The Word is the refuge from every weapon the enemy has, and no matter what trial confronts us, peace is only a moment away.

From his mother’s example, this young man saw how he could drown out the distracting voices of the world and replace them with the pure, unadulterated, Voice of God.

I have a quick testimony. We ordered one of these (Sansa MP3 players) last month so I could listen as I clean houses – my work – and I have been so blessed. Now our 11-year-old old son asked, “Could I please have one? I would love to hear Brother Branham while I'm on the bus instead of hearing the other kids talk.” I find it is such a blessing to see the Lord put a precious hunger in our children.
