We received this report from Brother Ronny Pillay, VGR office manager in Durban, South Africa. A short while after we received his update on the brother that displays the Pillar Of Fire on his motor scooter, we received a report of a brother in El Salvador who saw the original article and happened to be doing the same thing. The photograph of the Pillar of Fire continues to draw attention, more than 60 years after it was taken.

Today, the black and white photograph is on file at the United States Library of Congress in Washington DC. It’s not on display anymore but is still available to anyone who would like to see it. If that picture was taken today, there would be almost no way to authenticate it, considering modern photo-editing software and digital cameras. But in 1950, there was undisputable evidence that the Light struck the lens of the camera and was burned onto the film. Today, that picture still stands as a witness of God confirming Brother Branham’s Ministry.

God’s Unusual Way Of Spreading His Word

In the Old Testament, God used the ravens to take care of His prophet. In the time of Jonah, a specially prepared fish was the carrier of God prophet so he could deliver His Message. In the time of Jesus, He borrowed a donkey as His transportation.

In our day, the VGR- Jeffersonville office has established storehouses all over the world and distributes the Message via planes, ships, trains, etc. Here at the VGR- Durban Storehouse, we are daily witnesses of believers coming by taxis, buses, trains, bicycles, motor bikes and even by foot to pick up the material for their souls and for outreach purposes.

A recent article on the VGR website relates the story of Bro. Hendry Nepkin who uses his motor bike with a picture of the Pillar of Fire to attract the attention of the public with the intention of striking up a conversation with curious people wanting more information relating to his advert. Bro. Hendry is a regular visitor to the VGR-Durban Storehouse to fetch the precious material for the dying souls out to wherever the Lord will lead him. His only desire is to get the Message in its purest form to the dying souls, giving them an opportunity to hear the Voice of God. This should encourage the Bride of Jesus Christ, while there is yet time, to do something for our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Bro. Branham said that if we were living in Jesus’ day we would have done this or that for the Lord. Now we have the opportunity, what are we doing about it?

We wish to appreciate and thank all the believers who make the effort to be a part of this great Missionary program of God so that the last seed can be found.

But let me tell you something. We haven't got that money. You're poor men. All of us are. That's right. We live by the alms of the people, being ministers. But, brother, in Africa one little black boy about this high, or a prostitute off the street yonder in Louisville, one soul saved, in eternity when that star is a shining yonder, our name will wrapped into it. There's your value. It isn't how much you got, how much you desire; it's how much you can do towards saving souls for Christ Jesus. Our money will fade.

And then on the other side of the world in El Salvador Brother Walter Vanegas is utilizing the same picture on his vehicle.

Here in El Salvador, the time is bad like all the world, but we have the best protection. My wife goes to work in this car every day. She wakes up at 2:30AM to go to work.

The people don't understand why we put this photo on the car, but we know in this photo is our Lord Jesus Christ with His prophet, and it is one testimony for the world to show that we have the Truth.
