I live in Dubai of the United Arab Emirates with my wife and family. Recently with my hectic work schedule, I was doing the Dubai airport project. Being the division manager of a floor covering company, we were supposed to finish the lounges of Emirates Terminal 3. The material was from USA and it had arrived in time for commencement of installation, but I found out that the color design was little different from what was ordered.
I knew that the architects could reject the material. Spending a tense 24 hours, I prayed to the Lord Jesus to intervene and save me from this trouble of ordering the material again. Before getting up in the morning, I prayed again and the Lord showed Mark 11 and what the Lord has done for the Bride in this hour. The meeting to pass the floor covering was arranged at 4pm that afternoon.
I committed all things to Lord’s hand, believing he would deliver me. Also I remembered from the Message that even though we make mistakes, His hand would be there to guide us gracefully to the right track.
I was five minutes late for the meeting and the Lord not only went before me to sort out the problem, but also the designers had accepted the color and design of the carpet tiles.
I am thanking the Lord for His wondrous works and promises that keep us going in this troublesome time and His presence with his Bride all the time. We also thank the Lord being mindful of every part of our lives. This has also encouraged me to love Him and His Message with all my heart, soul, and strength.
