Healed

We received this testimony from a brother in Congo who was healed while listening to a tape.

Dear Brothers and sisters,

Recently I requested a prayer because I was condemned by a physician, saying I would live the rest of my life with high blood pressure conditions. I cried to God and wrote to you in order to assist me with your prayers. My little sister advised to take a small rest, what I did with the support of my physician.

While resting, I remembered that one day I had read on this web site, the story of a sister, "Kathleen" if I'm not mistaken (2/26/13 All Things Work Together), who had an issue with her health and she asked God to lead her to select the sermon that responds to her preoccupation. Then she felt like selecting a specific sermon, at the end of which, Brother Branham prayed for a lady bearing the same name than herself.

As I was facing quite the same situation, I knew that the Lord is the same yesterday, today, and forever. I knew that He could perform the same miracle for me as well. But in my case I took the sermon, "Turn your eyes towards Jesus." At the end, Brother Branham prayed for a lady who stayed home and commanded that a tissue (handkerchief) was put on her when the service is over.

Brothers and sisters I was home also, on my bed! I told to myself that I had no piece of garment on which someone prayed, but I happened to apply a cloth that was on the bed. Just anything that I found. My conviction became stronger when I heard with my ears the man of God declaring something like, “I declare you healed.” AND I AM HEALED!

I feel very much better. Few days after, I was up and down, but for moments I would refer to the words of the prophet and feel comfort. This is not the first time I am healed through the listening of the tapes. I really believe that these tapes are powerful, mainly the voice on them tapes. I praise the Lord Jesus for this trial. I was saying something like: “This situation is only another way for me to experience God.” God Bless and protect you.
