There was a time where my dog, which is a little bit older, was limping very badly and didn't even want to go out for walks. He would make noises like he was in pain and wouldn't want to move, walking with three legs, and dragging one of his back legs along. I then remembered this story of Brother John Rhyn, and I would walk him anyway. I would tell him, "You're okay, Nappy,” and I would hook him up to his leash and walk him in faith. He would walk limping, and some of my neighbors took notice, but I would keep telling him, "You're okay, you're okay," and thank God for his healing.
And then one day I came home and it was really bad, but I still didn't profess from my lips that anything was wrong. Then my neighbor saw me walking him and asked me, "Your dog is getting sick, huh?" I answered to her, "There WAS something wrong with his leg, but he's getting better now.” Within the next few days, my dog was walking fine. There was no money for veterinary care in my pockets, but I had the Message and a surplus of faith in my heart!
God bless you, and keep going in the face of adversity. You're not alone.
