On August, 1984, I received a letter from a Spanish company called Top Executive to apply for a job. It was very strange, because I had never had anything to do with this company or any of their executives. However, I did go to this company and something even more strange happened there. From the three of us commercial engineers who applied for the job, I got the job immediately.
In this company, worked a civil engineer called Ricardo Arreaga who was a nephew of an elder brother that knew the Message. During those days I was a gambler, and everything in my life turned around the casinos. This had brought much anguish to my life, and I did not know what to do. One day the Engineer Arreagar identified himself to me as a Christian and gave me a book entitled “The Serpent Seed.” I read it with much care and compared it with the Bible, and suddenly something wonderful happened in me; something that I cannot explain with words. In that moment the Lord came to my life and changed it completely.
I started attending a Message church, and I could understand how He loves me and showed and revealed to me the hidden mystery since the foundation of the world. I became an officer in the church, and later I became co-pastor.
In June 1988 I became a pastor with my own congregation. Then in June 1995, there was a meeting in Quito with all the ministers per request from Brother Joseph Branham to appoint three candidates for the position of distributor for our country. On September of the same year, Brother Joseph wrote me a letter asking me to accept that responsibility. I prayed much about this and asked the Lord to reveal to me if this was His will. He confirmed this to me and has helped me during all these years till the present time.
How I would like to tell about the wonders he has performed in my life and my family. He has shown His glory and mercy through this humble channel, your servant and servant of the Bride.
May this little testimony serve for the glory of His Kingdom.
