The winter of 2000, somebody gave me a sermon book about the Christian water baptism in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. During that time, I was going through much anguish in my soul, as I wanted to know the true God. Even though I belonged to a Pentecostal church for many years, I only knew the letter of the Scriptures. That September evening, as I finished working for the day, I went to a nearby park and started talking to God sitting on a bench and looking at the overcast and dark sky. I said, “Lord, I have such a hunger in my soul to know You personally. Where are You, my Lord?” Right in that moment I felt like Voice in my heart saying, “Read the book. That will help you.” I took it and when I opened it, I felt a peace in my soul. I thought it was a strange experience. When I finished reading, I could not hold the tears coming from my eyes. For the first time the eternal Light came to my soul. I learned that the Lord had sent His prophet in this last age with a restoration Message. I understood that the Lord was calling me. I looked for a tabernacle and God helped me to find one. Soon, I asked to be baptized in the marvelous Name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Since that day, the grace and mercy of His Word have been with me all the days of my life. On February 2, 2015, I received the call from God through our Brother Joseph Branham to work at the Voice of God Recordings Office, for the benefit of the elected Bride in Peru. God bless you!
